About Phoebe

I'm Phoebe, and Uncommon Bakes is my kitchen. I've been making wedding and celebration cakes since 2018: around sixty commissions a year, every one designed from scratch around the person ordering it.

Too many cakes are made to look special and forgotten after the first bite. I'd rather yours was the one people go back for seconds of. I trained in food and nutrition and develop products for a living, so every recipe is tested until the flavour and texture are right, then written down so it tastes the same every time.
